Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Origin Warehouse: All domestic orders are fulfilled from our Gujarat, India warehouse.

International Shipping

Origin Warehouse: All international orders are shipped from our Finland warehouse.

Refund & Store Credit Timeline

Return Request Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product by emailing help.sanskritiwear@gmail.com.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund/store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Credit Timeline: Bank refunds or store credit will reflect in your account/email within 5–7 working days after approval (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Store Credit Validity: Store credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We use premium carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Aramex for international deliveries and BlueDart/Delhivery for domestic shipments. While we strive for on-time delivery, SanskritiWear is not responsible for delays or packages lost in transit.
